Information requested

Any information on downgrading or service outages of IT systems in the last six months at Disclosure Scotland. Following clarifications: 1. By downgrades, I mean systems operating at a different level of functionality than originally intended. 2. By service outages, I mean unplanned outages, so if this is covered by another request then please feel free to disregard.

I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested. The answer to your question is: 1. By downgrades, I mean systems operating at a different level of functionality than originally intended There was no IT system downgrade during the 6 months from May to October as we transferred off BT and onto the new IT system. 2. By service outages, I mean unplanned outages, so if this is covered by another request then please feel free to disregard. This information is provided under FOI Request 19_02419.
