Information requested

Can you tell how many landlords have been prosecuted to date for letting properties without being registered?

Response

Our response to your question can be found on the attached Annex A. In addition to our response we have also provided in Annex A, a breakdown of the prosecutions by Local Authority.

We have also provided in Annex B, the relevant sections of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004, along with a summary on which the prosecutions are under.
