You also asked for copies of any correspondence between the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport, Jeane Freeman MSP, and Consort Healthcare, the PFI company responsible for the management of the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.

I have attached a copy of the correspondence between the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport and Tim Davison, Chief Executive of NHS Lothian regarding the Royal Sick Children’s Hospital of Edinburgh. This is provided in Annex A. We do not hold any correspondence between the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport, Jeane Freeman MSP, and Consort Healthcare, the PFI company responsible for the management of the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh ANNEX A: Letter from Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport to NHS Lothian Staff – August 2019 (see attached)
