You requested information relating to the purchase of products by the Scottish Government from the company Salesforce.com Inc. The specific asks, including responses to your request, are set out below:
1. The total number of user licences that the Scottish Government purchases from Salesforce.
There are no active licences in use, previous products purchased from Salesforce are included as an annex to this letter.
2. The number of separate instances of Salesforce that Scottish Government has with Salesforce. An instance can be defined as a discrete agreement for the provision of a hosted CRM service.
