Children Missing from Education (Scotland) Service and School2School register: FOI release
Information requested
The number of times local authorities have accessed the Children Missing from Education (Scotland) Service, in total and for 2018-19. The number of searches of the School2School register which have been conducted for children missing from education, in total and for 2018-19. You clarified that your request related to the number of requests for pupil searches received from Scottish local authorities and the number of pupils to which those requests relate. We indicated that we applied a retention period of five years to these requests and you amended the scope of your request accordingly.
