Information requested

Further to my letter of 24 June 2019, I have now completed my review of our failure to respond to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for ‘Under FOISA, please provide a list of business cases presented/supplied to the delivery board, please detail the dates commission supplied. Please also detail which have been requested and remain outstanding. Again please provide relevant dates for when the case was commissioned, is due’.

Response

I can now provide our response to your original request. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested, a list of business cases with the date each Business Case was presented to Delivery Board members. As of 24 May 2019, there are currently no outstanding Business Cases.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not hold some of the information you have requested. Section 17(1) of FOISA (information not held) requires the Scottish Government to notify you it does not have the information you requested. Extensive searches were carried out however, the dates Business Cases were commissioned or supplied is information that the Scottish Government does not hold because the government has no business requirement to record this information.

About FOI The Scottish Government is committed to publishing all information released in response to Freedom of Information requests. View all FOI responses at http://www.gov.scot/foi-responses.
