Information requested

1) A list of all Planning Permission Appeal cases for the development of 10 or more houses from 2012 to now.

2) Could the compiled list include the Case Site Address, Case Detail and the number of units proposed, Case Reference Number, Case Status, Decision Date, Decision Description and the name of the party whom submitted the Appeal.

Response

Please find attached a spreadsheet listing all of the planning permission appeal cases from 2012 until 14 May 2019. The list includes the case site address, case detail, number of units proposed, case reference number, case status, decision date, decision description and the name of the appellant.

I note you clarified that your request was for cases where the development was for 10 or more houses. The attached spreadsheet does contain developments for less than 10 units, the reason for this is, following the roll out of a new descriptive category within our case handling system, DPEA has been recording appeals for developments of '10 or more houses' since 1 January 2015. This category was added to the existing descriptive categories of 'single dwelling' and 'more than one dwelling'. Therefore appeals received prior to that date, which may fit into the category of 'more than 10 houses' are recorded in the data within the category of 'more than one dwelling' which I had to include to capture your requested timeframe.
