Information requested
1. What was the total number of appealed DPEA decisions that appeared at the Court of Sessions from 2015-2018?
2. How many DPEA decisions have been overturned by the Court of Session from 2015- 2018?
Response
1. 20 decisions by DPEA reporters were appealed to the Court of Session in the four year period 2015-2018.
2. Of those 20, nine were quashed by the Court of Session and returned to DPEA for redetermination and two have not yet been decided upon.
