Response
All Transport Scotland staff are Scottish Civil Servants and therefore required to declare and record any gifts or hospitality offered to them in the course of carrying out normal official business.
There are clear guidelines and procedures in place which balance accepted business practice and social convention while avoiding impropriety and conflict of interest. Further information can be found at https://www.gov.scot/publications/civil-service-code/
For your information I note below recorded and declared gifts and hospitality for the time period you are interested in. These entries are extracted from our internal recording systems which are not accessible by the general public.
