Information requested
1) Copies of all correspondence and communication between the Scottish Government (including the Working Group and members of the Working Group) tasked with drafting this report) and the Coalition for Racial Equality and Rights, including minutes or notes of meetings/discussions, records of phone conversations, evidence/data submissions, and emails / email attachments.

Your request refers to the Teaching in a Diverse Scotland Report publication of 14 November 2018.
Response
I am writing regarding your appeal to the Scottish Information Commissioner in relation to your request for:
1) Copies of all correspondence and communication between the Scottish Government (including the Working Group and members of the Working Group) tasked with drafting this report) and the Coalition for Racial Equality and Rights, including minutes or notes of meetings/discussions, records of phone conversations, evidence/data submissions, and emails / email attachments.
2) Copies of all correspondence and communication between the Scottish Government (including the Working Group and members of the Working Group) tasked with drafting this report) and BEMIS, including minutes or notes of meetings/discussions, records of phone conversations, evidence/data submissions, and emails / email attachments.
Having given further consideration to the information previously withheld under section 30(b)(ii) during the course of this investigation, we have determined that all of the information previously withheld under this exemption which falls within the scope of your request can now be disclosed. As such, I enclose a copy of this information.
You may find it helpful to note that we consider that personal data, such as names and contact details remains exempt from disclosure under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA and has therefore been redacted from the information provided.
