Information requested

Can you please tell me how much money was paid to the firm "Our Power" by the Scottish Government and for what purpose (eg loans, equity investment, other transactions)?

Response

The Scottish Government provided three loans to Our Power Community Benefit Society Ltd. in 2015, 2017 and 2018. The total value of the loans was £9,050,000.00 and this was drawn down by the company as 15 payments over four years. The purpose of these loans was to enable the development and expansion of the business. We do not have any record of any other payments being made to Our Power by the Scottish Government.
