Boundaries on location maps associated with Rural Payments and Services: FOI release
Information requested
Request that I am provided with or given access to all maps you may have in your possession or control which show the field boundaries between crofts 4 and 5 Flodabay, Isle of Harris 444/0228 and 444/0227.
Response
I enclose a copy of the information you requested. This includes the shared boundaries that are currently recorded in our mapping system and also any historical changes of relevance to the southern boundary of your property.
We do not hold any paper maps at area offices anymore. If you require further detail this information is already in the public domain and access to our mapping sysem can be obtained by registering your business with our Rural Payments and Services and I have provided a link to the guidance to assist. https://www.ruralpayments.org/publicsite/futures/topics/customer-services/getting-online/
As discussed with yourself previously our maps are for subsidy purposes only and are drawn up under EU field boundary requirements and are not ownership/occupation maps.
