Named Persons Code of Practice, consultation and recommendations to Ministers: FOI release
Information requested
1. The date when the GIRFEC Practice Development Panel finished its consultation on the draft Named Persons Code of Practice. If the panel’s consultation on the draft Named Persons Code of Practice has not yet completed, please provide the provisional/estimated date when it is expected to be provided.
2. The date when the GIRFEC Practice Development Panel provided its recommendations to ministers on the draft Named Persons Code of Practice. If the panel’s recommendations on the draft Named Persons Code of Practice have not yet been provided, please provide the provisional/estimated date when they are expected to be provided.

The GIRFEC Practice Development Panel (the Panel) has not yet launched its consultation on the draft Code of Practice for information sharing. The Panel have not confirmed when a consultation will launch or be completed.
2. The date when the GIRFEC Practice Development Panel provided its recommendations to ministers on the draft Named Persons Code of Practice. If the panel’s recommendations on the draft Named Persons Code of Practice have not yet been provided, please provide the provisional/estimated date when they are expected to be provided.
The GIRFEC Practice Development Panel have not yet provided its recommendations to the Deputy First Minister on the draft Code of Practice for information sharing. The Panel have not finalised their recommendations or confirmed when these are to be expected.
