Minutes of meetings related to Fairness at Work policy from 2013-2014.

I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested. The redacted passages are on topics unrelated to the Fairness of Work review or are names of officials. You should note that as highlighted in the response to your Freedom of Information request reference FoI/18/03579 which I responded to on 12 December 2018, the work referred to in these documents did not result in any changes being made to the Fairness at Work policy and the review did not continue beyond spring 2015. It should be noted that these discussions between Unions and management concerned the Fairness at Work policy as it related to issues that arose between civil servants.
