1. Has the Mitchell Library, via Glasgow Life or Glasgow City Council, contacted Transport Scotland regarding insurance claims for works to repair subsidence of the Mitchell Library building?

2. If so, what stage is this claim(s) at?

3. Is Transport Scotland disputing liability for costs to repair subsidence of the Mitchell?

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Transport Scotland does not have the information you have requested. Transport Scotland does not have this information because we have not been contacted in relation to insurance claims for works to repair subsidence of the Mitchell Library building. Transport Scotland do not, therefore, hold any such information and so cannot provide it.
