Total expenditure to-date from 2018/19 budget by the Cabinet Secretary for Culture, Tourism and External Affairs and a detailed breakdown of the inventory of spending, items or services that have been purchased and the date when the money was spent.

Some of the information you have requested is available on the Scottish Government website. This includes the Cabinet Secretary's overseas travel costs and domestic travel costs.
