Information contained in correspondence, between former Cabinet Minister for Justice Mr Mathieson or any Scottish Government officials, acting on his behalf and Phil Fairlie and or Andy Hogg from The Prison Officers Association (Scotland) relating to all meetings between the above since Jan 2014 in relation to the Scottish Prison Service Operational Staff Allowances or personal/exceptional Payments For the purposes of any clarification this refers to information contained in all correspondence including (but not limited to but not exclusive of) exchange of letters emails/minutes of meetings and ministerial briefs including telephone calls & records, conference calls & records etc. In relation to the negotiation as detailed above. and : information contained in an itinerary of all meetings, calls, correspondence between the then Cabinet Minister and Representatives from the Prison Officers Association (Scotland)
