Any minutes of meetings between Mackay and Audit Scotland where Audit Scotland 'asked' Mackay to 'address' the 'issue' of the 'deficit' in the NDRI account, or where the 'issue' of the 'deficit' was brought up by either Mackay or Audit Scotland.

Any emails/letters/phone call notes from the Cabinet Secretary, or his staff, from correspondence with Audit Scotland relating to the 'issue' of the 'deficit' in the NDRI account.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. There are no documents held of minutes of meetings between Mackay and Audit Scotland where Audit Scotland 'asked' Mackay to 'address' the 'issue' of the 'deficit' in the NDRI account, or where the 'issue' of the 'deficit' was brought up by either Mackay or Audit Scotland.
