Does the Scottish Government keeps lists of the organisation that email accounts that send FOI requests belong to; for the headings of these lists; for correspondence on the membership of these lists since 1 January 2018 if they exist; for if ministers have suggested edits to these lists in the same timeframe (1 January 2018 to date of request) and for how the Scottish Government works out what organisation an account belongs to.

The casework tracker system that the Scottish Government uses to log all FOI requests has a section for recording what, if any, organisation the email account sending an FOI request belongs to.

There are no separate lists. This section of the casework tracker- is titled Requester Organisation.
