The answer to your question is that no Scottish Government Executive Agencies asked Scottish Ministers to change their budget between the Scottish Government 2018-19 draft budget being published on 14 December 2017 and the Scottish Parliament approving the budget Bill at Stage 3 on 21 February 2018.
