Details of any loans, grants or investments provided by the Scottish Government or Scottish Enterprise in the last 12 months to members of Scottish Enterprise board, either directly to the individual, or indirectly through a business in which they are a director or principal shareholder.

Response

Board members must declare financial and non-financial interests which might be perceived to influence their contribution to a discussion or decision in Board proceedings.This requirement also applies to interests held by close family, friends and business associates.
