Regarding the Croft House Grant;
Location and number of grants awarded for new builds under the scheme 2016 and 2017. Location and number of renovation / improvement grants awarded under the scheme 2016 and 2017. Location and number of applications rejected for new builds under the scheme 2016 and 2017. Location and number of renovation / improvement applications rejected under the scheme 2016 and 2017.
Response
The location and number of grants awarded for new builds and house improvements for applications received between 1st April 2016 (when the current Croft House Grant opened) and 31st December 2017 is detailed in the spread sheet attached (if you have difficulty opening the attachment please let me know and I will send a paper copy). Also included is the number of eligible applications rejected because they fell below the scoring threshold and the number of ineligible applications received and the reasons for their ineligibility.
