Information requested

All documentation, including, but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising the following meetings between:

BT Group and Fiona Hyslop MSP on the 01/05/2024 on "Discussion with Fiona Hyslop MSP Cabinet Secretary for Transport at the launch of BT Group's first ever EV charge point powered by one of our green street cabinets on the outskirts of Haddington." I am able to supply some of the information requested and will address your two requests in turn.

The Haddington event

All correspondence between Transport Scotland and BT Group has been included including emails, briefings, attendance lists, internal reports of the visit for internal governance and confirmation of publication of parliamentary questions on the visit.

All email correspondence has been compiled into a single document although personal data is exempt from disclosure under Section 38 (1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

Two additional Word documents are included. One which compiles the relevant reporting lines from internal Excel dashboards, and one which compiles the relevant reports from a Business Services Association meeting, reports on the week in parliament for 6 May 2024, and an internal update on directorate activities covering 29th April to 10th May 2024.

The meeting with the Special Advisor

A nil return was reported as records are not held more than three months.
