Information requested
Information regarding the Scottish Procurement Hosting Services Framework; 1. Value of procurements awarded on the framework since inception, 2. Number & value of procurements responded to by (all suppliers), 3. Number and value of procurements won by (all suppliers), 4. Maximum and minimum bid value of each procurement.

1. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested (for parts 1 and 3) in the attached Excel spread sheet below.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The information you have requested for parts 1 and 3 are provided in the attached document and the information requested at parts 2 and 4 have not been provided for the reasons given below.
Reasons for not providing information
The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for (i.e. part 2 'the number & value of procurements responded' to and part 4 'the maximum and minimum bid value of each procurement') because this data is not held centrally by the Scottish Government. This information may be obtained from either the Public Contract Scotland portal (awards notice or contract directory) or by contacting the individual contracting authorities who have used the Hosting Services framework.
