3. Any correspondence between Scottish Government ministers or officials with Royal Bank of Scotland between 1 December 2017 and today's date (8 February 2018).

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections s27(1) - information intended for future publication and s30(b)(ii) - free and frank provision of advice of FOISA applies to that information.
