Information requested

'Under FOI could you please provide me with the Maternity leave policy for Scottish Government staff.'

Response

This reply covers those staff in Scottish Government core and a number of other bodies listed at Annex A (the Scottish Government Main (SGM) bargaining unit). The staff in these organisations share common terms and conditions of emplopyment and are those where the Scottish Government supplies a payroll service.

The terms of the SGM maternity leave policy are detailed at Annex B.
