1. First Minister's diary engagements on 26 April 2017

The full details of the First Minister's diary, including all engagements, for the 26 April 2017.

Please state the location and times of the meetings with Tommy Whitelaw of the Dementia Alliance and Murray Foote of the Daily Record.

Please note that this is a request under FOISA that is not covered by information already released into the public domain under Scottish Government transparency data.

s.30(b)(ii) - Free and frank exchange of views – Officials giving opinions. An exemption applies under section s.38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested.

s.30(b)(ii) – Personal data – names and contact details of individuals.

This exemption is subject to the 'public interest test'. Therefore, taking account of all the circumstances of this case, we have considered if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption. We have found that, on balance, the public interest lies in favour of upholding the exemption.
