Information requested

How much money was given to Glasgow City Council and to Edinburgh City Council in the years 2012-2017 for the delivery of Gaelic Medium Education (please include capital grants but I would appreciate it if you could itemise grants separately). Whether there are any specific conditions relating to the use by local authorities of Scottish Government grants for Gaelic Medium Education and what these are (such as the money may only be used for a certain purpose). Where a ring fenced capital grant has been allocated toward the building of a Gaelic Medium school, can you please clarify for how many years that school building must remain in use for the purpose of teaching Gaelic?
