While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested for the period from 4 May to 31 December 2007 because the system we use for recording and monitoring FOI requests was introduced from 1 January 2008. The database we used before that date is obsolete and is no longer accessible.
