Information requested

How many people (and details on their insolvency, who applied to sequestrate them, etc) have been removed from the register of insolvencies in the past three years to the date of this foi request because of fear of violence or abuse, or have used other means to have their name removed from the register of insolvencies.

Response

In the past three years, a total of 27 people had their personal details withheld from the Register of Insolvencies (RoI). One requestor was sequestrated by a creditor petition. The remaining 26 applied for their own sequestration.
