I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested, that has been identified from document record saved in the Scottish Government's electronic Record and Document Management system (eRDM) system. The answer to your question is that I provide below the limited correspondence identified between the Chief Researcher of the time Diana Wilkinson and staff and the office of the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Lifelong Learning the post held by Fiona Hyslop MSP at the time.
