Correspondence concerning the National Review of Group-Based Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation: FOI release
Information requested
All internal and external correspondence held by your organisation concerning the development, planning, announcement or scope of the “National Review of Group-Based Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation” announced by the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills on 3 December 2025.
This should include (where held) emails, letters, messages sent on Teams, WhatsApp and Slack, meeting notes, briefing papers and attachments.
Please limit the timeframe to: 1 November 2025 to the date of this request.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions apply under - section 25 – information otherwise accessible; section 29(1)(a) – formulation or development of government policy; section 30(b)(i) – free and frank provision of advice; section 30(c) – the effective conduct of public affairs and section 38(1)(b) – personal information - of FOISA.
