7 (6.4 FTE for approximately 10 weeks)

2) Set out the grades of the people working in the project

Annabel Turpie – Director C2 x 1 FTE C1 x 1.5 FTE B3 x 1.9 FTE B1 x 1 FTE

3) Outline the job objectives of the people working in the project

The project team is working as a short-life project, concluding in May 2026, with the following purpose:

Provide ET with options and recommendations for core SG to reduce our TOC aligned to the People Directorate strategic workforce plan and build an efficient, skilled and better supported workforce to deliver – and improve productivity and Value for Money Identify gaps and opportunities in existing practices, policies and processes that will initiate an implementation plan to deliver meaningful change including delivery of products and support through short-term projects. Engage our people and develop an implementation plan to support delivery and create the conditions for success.

4) Present the business plan

The project team has not produced a business plan. It is working towards achieving the purpose set out above.

5) Provide the hybrid working team agreement for the project team

There is no specific agreement for the project team. The team is observing the existing SG-wide agreement on hybrid working.
