Rent Officers are band B1, in the recruitment process applicants are asked to demonstrate skills across a broad set of criteria including behaviours, experience and technical. Typical behaviours required for the post of Rent Officer include communicating and influencing, managing a quality service, making effective decisions and delivering at pace. The recruitment framework, including application, CV, interview and assessment aims to give the best possible chance of finding the right person for the job.
