Response

For the purposes of this response, the Scottish Government has interpreted your request as relating to the Scottish Government core estate only, and not to the wider estate operating under the remit of Scottish Ministers.

Since the introduction of the Net Zero Public Sector Buildings Standard, no new build developments or major refurbishments have been undertaken within the Scottish Government core estate that fall within the scope of the Standard. As a result, no Scottish Government core estate projects have adopted the Standard, and no costs have been incurred in relation to its implementation.
