1. Is the Scottish Government's RPID a specialist reporting agency?

2. Please could RPID provide the number of potential crimes that have been reported by RPID staff to RPID since 1 April 2019.

3. Please could RPID provide the number of potential crimes that have been reported by members of the public since 1 April 2019.

4. Please could RPID provide the number of potential crimes that have been reported by Scottish Forestry since 1 April 2019.

5. Please could you provide the number of alleged crimes that RPID has reported to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) in Scotland since 1 April 2019.

6. Of this number of alleged crimes/reports received by the COPFS, how many resulted in court proceedings being brought by the COPFS?

7. Of this number of court proceedings, how many resulted in a successful prosecution?

8. Of this number of court proceedings, how many resulted in an 'alternative to prosecution', such as warnings, fiscal fines, compensation orders, fiscal work orders or any other action?

1. RPID is not a specialist reporting agency.

2. The number of potential crimes that have been reported by RPID staff to RPID since 1 April 2019 is 18.

3. The number of potential crimes that have been reported by members of the public to RPID since 1 April 2019 is 8.

4. The number of potential crimes that have been reported by Scottish Forestry to RPID since 1 April 2019 is 0.

5. RPID is not a specialist reporting agency therefore the number of crimes which were reported to COPFS since 1 April 2019 is 0.
