Response

The answer to your question is:

We have 57 TVs connected to the IPTV distribution system, the channels broadcast on office TVs via the IPTV distribution system are:

BBC News BBC Parliament Sky News Scottish Parliament (Main Chamber and Committee room 1).

The radio channels we broadcast are:

BBC radio 4 BBC Radio 5 BBC radio Scotland.

Access to other channels for specific news bulletins is managed and controlled by SG’s internal IT team.

All other screens are used for presentations. If requiring use of the TV function, a request would need to be made to IT department to connect via the IPTV distribution system or to centrally controlled network connections. One TV has been set up with centrally controlled network connections, it is to test functionality by the IT team and is not used for watching broadcast television.

The current IT Code of Conduct policy is attached.
