You asked for "The amount spent by the Scottish Government on taxis, hire cars and other vehicles used to transport civil servants from location to location in the calendar years 2023, 2024 and 2025."

I enclose a copy of the information you requested in the tables below. I have taken your request as referring to road vehicles and more specifically motor vehicles.

The information in Table 3 has been provided for clarity. I am unable to provide this information in calendar years as requested because this information is only available in financial years. Costs are available only to the nearest whole number of Pounds.
In addition, costs relating to bus journeys paid centrally cannot be differentiated from tram journeys because they use the same ticketing mechanism, and therefore I have not included those costs in my response.
