Information requested

1. Total number of full time Scottish Government employees that have opted to work a 32-hour week with no loss of pay within the last five years (please can you split that up by year).

2. The average salary of those employees noted in (1) broken down by year.

Response

Response to Questions 1& 2

There are no full-time Scottish Government Core employees that have opted to work a 32-hour week with no loss of pay within the last five years, as it is not possible for someone to receive a contract of 32 hours and keep the pay of 35 hours.

Therefore, the answer to questions 1 and 2 is nil.
