"All internal Government communications (emails, texts, etc everything) by anyone within the Scottish Government (civil servants, SPADs, ministers etcs) in regards to FOI original's response 202500447375 and the subsequent review response 202500452341".

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested in Annexes B, C and D attached with this official response.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections 30(c) - prejudice to the conduct of public affairs, 38(1)(a) - personal information of the applicant and 38(1)(b) - personal information of third parties of FoI(S)A apply to that information. The reasons why the exemptions apply are explained in Annex A, also attached.
