A copy of the winning tender of the 2022 - Scottish Government (Social Security Scotland) Quality Assurance Testing Services tender contract. The original contract would have been published around 04/03/2022 re a value (23000000 GBP) Scots Govt. Ref. Number - MAR442477.
Response
I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested with the exception of Personal information excluded under 38(1)(b) - This information is exempt from disclosure as disclosing the personal data would contravene any of the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the UK GDPR. The Personal Data in this case relates to names and Job titles of individuals. I have also excluded some commercial information under section 33(1)(b). Disclosing the financial information for individual line items would prejudice the commercial interests of SG – this is offset by the published total value of the contract . The later resulted in two documents being withheld, one containing CVs and the other containing a lineby- line breakdown of financial information.
