The annual expected running cost for the Centre for Teaching Excellence.
Response
The answer to your question is that the expected running cost for the Centre for Teaching Excellence in 2025/26 is £3,930,229.56. This is based on the successful proposal from University of Glasgow. Please note that, the final amount to be allocated will be subject to the agreement of a final grant offer.
While funding can only be confirmed for the 2024 to 2025 and 2025 to 2026 financial years, there is an expectation that the Centre will continue for a further 2 years. However, this is subject to further budgetary approval processes in line with Scottish Government spend controls and satisfactory delivery of outcomes that will be reviewed on an annual basis.
