Unpublished draft paper content for the ‘Building a New Scotland’ series: FOI release

As of 6th December 2024, for each unpublished draft in the Building a New Scotland series of independence papers, please provide a list of all persons or organisations outside the Scottish Government who have seen any version of the draft during the process of it being written.
