Information requested
The numbers of Open Market Shared Equity Scheme (OMSE) applications broken down by priority area eg disabled people, those in social housing, veterans, the elderly, first- time buyers and how many in each category were successful, broken down by local authority area for each year individually that the scheme has been running.

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don't have the information are explained below.
The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because as per the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UKGDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (as amended)(the Data Protection Legislation) our Privacy Notices states the Scottish Government will only hold personal information for as long as necessary therefore, we are only able to provide you the information you have asked for from 2020/21 to 2024/25 as any information before 2020 was routinely destroyed, in accordance with our standard records management practice, before the date of your request.
