2. Reasons for Leaving the Profession:
Any available reports, analysis, or data that identify the reasons for teachers leaving the profession or having difficulty securing permanent employment, particularly in relation to:
The availability of permanent positions Working conditions Pay or financial incentives The availability of supply work
