1. You asked for all the information within the OECD assessment on the NPF provided in 2019.
Response
1. I enclose a copy of the information you requested, in the form of the draft document received in 2019. The OECD have asked us to clarify that this was a draft summary of the workshops they held, and not an OECD publication that has been approved by their committee. Hence, the draft document should not be treated as OECD’s final conclusions on the topic.
2. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because the exemption under section 38(1)(b) (disclosure of personal data) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why that exemption applies are explained in the Annex to this letter.
