Information for how many applicants are currently on the Renfrewshire Council waiting list in the category Mobility A and or Mobility A+?
How many applicants in the mobility category (all mobility categories) are waiting on an all level property?
How many applications in the mobility category A and or A+ and needing an all level property require a 3 and a 4 bedroom property?
How many 3 and 4 bedroom properties have been purchased off the private market by Renfrewshire Council in the last 10 years?
How many of the properties purchased off the private market by Renfrewshire Council in the last 10 years are all on the one level? Eg bungalow or ground floor flat?
The average amount paid for property purchased off the private market by Renfrewshire Council in the last 10 years?

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. This only relates to information held by the Scottish Government for properties the Council have purchased as part of their Rental Off The Shelf programme which is part funded by the Scottish Government's Affordable Housing Supply Programme. The only information available relates to acquisitions from March 2020 through to January 2024.
33 units in total across 7 applications. £1,102,225 total grant paid across the 7 records. Average price paid of £33,400.75.
Of these only 6 units were bungalows and were smaller unit sizes of 4 bedspaces/ 3 apartment. We hold all this info on our Housing and Regeneration Programme web based system. There is not a way on the system to tell if flats purchased are ground floor. Four of the units purchased are of larger units with:
2 - 6 bedspaces/ 6 apartment flats. 1 – 5 bedspaces/ 4 apartment mid terrace house. 1 – 6 bedspace / 4 apartment mid terrace house.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons we do not have information in relation to Renfrewshire Council housing waiting lists is that this is not a matter that the Scottish Government are responsible for.
