You asked for confirmation of whether or not the Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice has a government mobile and whether or not it is used for sending text or WhatsApp messages, as well as a copy of all messages sent and received on the 7th October, 8th October and 9th October.

The Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice does have a Scottish Government issued mobile phone and does not use it for sending text or WhatsApp messages.
