The answer to your questions are:
1) Do you use a social media management platform?
Yes.
2) If so, what tools do you use?
Sprout Social is what Mobiie use to deliver the requirements of the Lot 1 Traffic Scotland Operations Contract (Traffic Scotland service).
3) How much do you spend annually on a Social media management tool?
There is no charge to Transport Scotland for the use of Sprout Social as it is provided under the Lot 1 Traffic Scotland Operations Contract.
4) Which month & year does your contract with your supplier end?
Annually each August.
5) Do you use a social listening / media monitoring platform?
Yes.
6) If so, what tools do you use?
Sprout Social (same tool as question 2 above).
7) How much do you spend annually on a social listening / media monitoring tool?
There is no charge to Transport Scotland for the use of Sprout Social as it is provided under the Lot 1 Traffic Scotland Operations Contract.
8) Which month & year does your contract with your supplier end?
As above in question 4.
9) Who is the senior officer in charge of these contracts?
Transport Scotland Senior Officer for the Lot 1 Traffic Scotland Operations Contract is: Head of ITS Operations - Roads Directorate - Transport Scotland.
