The meeting took place on 15 August 2024. There isn’t a formal minute record of the meeting however I have attached a read out of the meeting which covers the areas discussed. Please note that the name(s) of staff below the rank of Director have been redacted in accordance with Data Protection and SG policy on release of staff names.
